The roller veneer dryer machine is one of the main machinery in plywood production. it is suitable for drying wet clip veneer and thick veneer.
Roller gear drive system can keep the veneer smooth after drying.Bark and other tree waste can be used as the fuels for this drying line, significantly saving the cost. Overseas technical staff for installation service is available.

7.Heating system: steam boiler or oil boiler or hot blast stove
8 Control System : CVT(variable speed), you can adjust the feeding speed according to the veneer thickness and veneer moisture
9 Transmission system : feed the veneer from the feed opening , the up and dwon rollers will rotate relatively drived by the gears , then the up roller will press and drive the veneer to move forward . When the veneer goes through the two rollers and the up and down two tuyere nozzles , it will become dry , smooth ,and flat .
10 Drying system: the centrifugal fan will flow the hot wind from the hot blast stove to the wind box on the machine , then the hot wind will flow to the both sides of the moving veneer through the tuyere nozzles , then the veneer will get dryed .
